Business Development Executive
Key Responsibility:
Market Research & Strategy:

Conduct market analysis to identify potential business opportunities in short-term rental management and renovation services.

Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence and revenue streams.
Client Acquisition:

Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

Develop and present tailored proposals to property owners, real estate developers, and investors.
Partnership Development:

Establish and nurture partnerships with stakeholders, including property agents, contractors, and suppliers.

Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients and partners.
Revenue Generation:

1. Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities across renovation and rental management services.

Monitor sales metrics and ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met.
Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
Industry Insights & Trends:

Stay informed about trends in short-term rentals, property management, and renovation services.

Provide regular reports and insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in property management or renovation industries.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to develop and sustain long-term relationships.

Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
