Building Maintenance Technician
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on property infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and appliances.

Take initiative in identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests, prioritizing and attending to urgent issues within 24 hours.

Communicate with the customer service team to address and resolve guest reports and complaints effectively and in a timely manner.

Conduct regular inspections of property systems and equipment to ensure optimal functioning.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance tasks, and inventory of supplies.

Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruption to guests.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.

Assist with setting up and managing preventative maintenance schedules.

Provide technical support and guidance to other staff members as needed.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements and upgrades.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant degree preferred.

Proven experience as a technician, maintenance worker, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general maintenance practices.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
